Expert Witness services

NRA scientists have been engaged as expert witnesses for proceedings under Local, State and Federal jurisdictions. We have recognised competencies in certain disciplines and acknowledged investigative and reporting proficiencies which lead to requests to provide assistance. Currently we are working on Federal and State legislative mechanisms in the disciplines of protected species impact assessment and management, and erosion and sediment control.
