Kirsty has a Bachelor of Arts (English and Italian) with Honours (English). She is a seasoned editor and has produced multiple deliverables: scientific and technical reports, induction and training manuals, and company website for NRA; and scientific documents (eg monographs, journal articles, technical briefs and manuals, conference materials) for publication external to NRA. Her key responsibilities are as follows.

  • Edit reports, letters, technical notes and proposals for content, style and document design.
  • Collaborate with authors to improve the delivery of technical information.
  • Coordinate production of deliverables.
  • Provide background material for reports and proposals.
  • Write tender responses.
  • Word processing and formatting.
  • Maintain NRA’s Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Workplace procedures and marketing material.
  • Maintain house style.
  • Maintain in-house library materials and database.
  • Assist with office administration and assist consultants as required.

Kirsty is proficient in editing hard copy and digital material and is skilled in project and database management. She routinely uses Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat X Pro and MapInfo. Kirsty possesses advanced analytical writing skills and knowledge of grammar—these allow her to maintain the production of high quality reports and scientific documents for NRA.
